A direct channel worth measuring
This Naxos hotel received bookings through its own website alongside other distribution channels.
Between April and September 2026, 36.8% of booked revenue came through the hotel's website. That is a substantial part of the booking mix—not a marginal channel.
What Naplify contributed
We managed Google Ads during the six-month reporting window, using attributed hotel booking purchases to evaluate performance.
Google Ads recorded 60 attributed purchases, with €9.08 in booking value per €1 spent.
What acquiring those bookings cost
Google Ads spending plus applicable contracted agency charges represented 15.8% of attributed booking value.
That rate gives the hotel a measurable view of the paid activity's acquisition economics, alongside the revenue coming through its other distribution channels.
What another hotelier can take away

How these figures are measured
Results cover each hotel's stated 2026 period. Website-direct revenue share comes from the booking system, excluding bookings marked cancelled under its existing rules. Google Ads figures use booking-purchase value and purchases attributed by the advertising platform; they do not represent all direct-booking revenue. Google Ads attribution values are not subsequently adjusted for cancellations or booking changes. The managed cost rate includes Google Ads spend and applicable contracted agency charges relative to attributed booking value. It is not the total cost of every direct booking or a verified amount saved on commissions.
